3. Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery for any defective item on whatsapp +91-785-201-2470 or email us on info@vanshitaaz.in, and share the image/video of the defect 

Refund Policy 

1. Full refund for prepaid orders on non sale items (Discount less than 20%) on same payment mode
   
2. Once returned product pass quality check (it's not worn, not used and not sprayed perfume or not dirty), we will issue the refund for item eligible for refund
3. For Sale item, (Discount more than 20%) we issue credit note valid for one year with deducting reverse fee 150 for 1 item, 200 for 2 item and 250 for 3 items and so on. 
   
4. For all COD order we provide store credit valid for one year
5. Once refund approved, it'll be reflected in your original mode of payment within 7 working days
